Caitlin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a minor in Linguistics and a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. Caitlin has maintained a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences (ASHA) since 2016 and is currently licensed in the states of California and Hawai’i.
Caitlin’s clinical experience includes practicing speech-language pathology in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, outpatient rehabilitation, home health, and school setting. Caitlin is skilled in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of speech, language, voice, swallowing, and/or cognitive-linguistic deficits or disorders with pediatric, adolescent, and adult clients. In conjunction with providing 1:1 therapy within her clients’ homes, Caitlin also provides therapy in a school setting to students within a Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Auditory-Oral Program.
When not practicing speech-language pathology, Caitlin can be found spending time with her husband and two-year-old daughter, camping, long-distance running, reading, and caring for her three dogs and two cats (Yes, you read that correctly. Caitlin is a sucker for animals and wishes that she could “save them all.”).
