Jennifer Ingle

Jennifer has a background in language and linguistics, with a B.A. in linguistics from the University of Washington, graduate study in linguistics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and she is knowledgeable in a variety of languages including conversational French, Spanish, and German.

She earned her Certificates of Pre-SLP and SLPA and is completing her Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)-accredited department of Communication Disorders and Sciences at California State University, Northridge.

In addition to private clients, Jennifer currently provides therapy in the school setting to students of all ages, with a wide range of communication needs. She has experience working with children and young adults with articulation delays, specific language impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, neurological or congenital conditions, Deaf and hard of hearing, as well as assistive technology and augmentative/alternative communication (such as PECS/picture exchange communication).

Jennifer is passionately dedicated to finding unique, creative, and fun therapy strategies to engage each individual and help them reach their communication potential. Outside the therapy room, she may be found with musical instruments or paintbrushes in hand, on the trails with her husband in the Santa Monica Mountains, or curled up with a novel and a purring cat.
